

I met him in Basroch where he had the only stall I ever saw there. I found him again here selling sweets, eggs and other small goods. When I walked up and down the street, we smiled at each other. He is a very kind man.

Kids in the French speaking Kindergarten. When the french government took control of the camp Liniere they closed the English primary school and the Kindergarten both run by British volunteers. The kids in age of attending school went to the French primary school in Grande-Synthe and a French speaking Kindergarten opened in the camp


A doctor from Doctors Without Borders and a translator giving medical advice to a mother at the health center. Doctors Without Borders (MSF), Médecins du Monde and the French Red Cross operated conjointly the camp health center opened 7 days a week
